We would rather answer your actual question than send you a calendar link. Four lines is plenty.

The only thing we genuinely need. It is what we run the questions against, and it is usually enough for us to reply with something specific.
Which assistants matter to you
ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot. If you do not know, say so — most people do not, and the answer differs by category.
Whether you have run a check
If you have, send the report or the domain you used. If you have not, we will run one before we reply.
What you are actually trying to find out
“Are we named when people ask about our category” and “why does Gemini get our pricing wrong” are different jobs, and we would answer them differently.

Security disclosures
If you have found a vulnerability, report it privately before publishing and give us a reasonable window to fix it — the practice known as coordinated vulnerability disclosure. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and does not access or alter other people’s data.
