How much does betterfind AI cost?
There are four plans: Starter at $99 a month, Growth at $399 a month, Scale at $1,299 a month, and Enterprise with custom pricing. The table above shows what each one includes.
How is this different from my SEO tool?
SEO tools measure where you rank on Google. betterfind AI measures whether AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity actually mention your business when someone asks them for a recommendation. It is a different, newer thing to track.
Which AI assistants do you check?
Starter checks 3: ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Growth checks 6, including Claude. Scale checks 10, and Enterprise checks every AI assistant we track.
Do you just tell me what’s wrong, or fix it too?
Both. We uncover what’s wrong, then give you the betterfind agent to fix it quickly.
What do I need to get started?
Your brand and the market you want to be found in. We work out the rest, so there is no long setup form.
Which markets do you support?
The US and UK first, then Europe and the Gulf, with more markets after that.
What is a prompt, and how many do I need?
A prompt is a question your customers ask an AI assistant, such as "best invoicing software for a small law firm". We suggest a set based on your site and market, and you can edit it. Starter tracks 40, Growth 100, Scale 250, and Enterprise is tailored to you.
How do you know whether an answer mentioned me?
We check the answer’s text for your brand name and website. You can open any answer behind a number and read exactly what the assistant said.
Why did my visibility change when nothing on my site did?
AI assistants don’t give the same answer every time, and the sources they draw on keep changing. That is why we check on a schedule and show you the trend, not a single result.
Do you need access to my website?
No. We read your public pages the same way an AI assistant does. Connecting Google Search Console or Google Analytics is optional and read-only.
Can I cancel? Do you refund?
Yes. Cancel any time from your plan settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The full policy is in the billing section of our terms.
