- How fast
- Usually within a few hours during working hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time (UTC+5). Always within one business day. Messages go to the people who build the product, not to a queue.
- What to include
- The email you signed up with, the website you are tracking, and what you expected to see against what you saw. A screenshot saves a round trip.
- Billing
- Cancel from your plan settings at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The refund rules are in the billing section of the terms. For a charge you do not recognise, email support and we will look at it the same day.
- Sales
- Same address. Questions about plans go there too, or book a demo.
- Privacy
- To see or delete the data we hold about you, email support with the subject “Privacy”. The privacy policy says what we keep and for how long.
